OnatiGlobal is inviting Business Development Executives to join the fastest growing Fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in Offline sales, Distribution Channels with Retail Engagements of the sales cycle. You should be confident with building new client relationship , setting up the distribution network and maintaining existing ones in B2B. Ideal candidate will have both online & Offline sales skills and possess good negotiation skills. Strong advantage if previous experience in Textile & Apparel Industry and channel sales.

Responsibilities

. Build relationships with prospective clients and own P&L

· GTM Planning and Strategy for Offline Sales and Distribution network,B2B , Domestic and

· Online Sales - eCommerce, Vendor Management, Product Management and Marketing

· Analyse market and establish competitive advantages, brand positioning.

· Track metrics to ensure Revenue targets are achieved

· making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree/MBA 1-2+ years in sales industry. Require Garment sales experience in distribution channel sales.

. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

. Strong negotiation skills

. Strong communication and presentation skills. Advantage to be multi -lingual

. CRM experience is preferred

. Travel is required to execute your roles and responsibilities

Location: HAL Airport Road Bengaluru- 560017

Timings: 10.00 am – 6.30 pm Monday – Saturday

Remuneration: Basic + Variable + Bonus ( as per experience)
